Alyssa has over 23 years experience working with diverse populations.

I opened my private practice in Connecticut in 2023 after working 16 years at Southern Arizona VA Healthcare system. While employeed at the VA hospital, I provided individual, group, and family therapy to Veterans and their families that were diagnosed with serious mental llnesses including schizophrenia disorders, bipolar disorders, major depression, post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety disorders. Earlier employment involved work with cancer patients, trauma/abused children, at risk adolescents and the LGBTQQIAAP community.
